These Terms of Service govern your use of the website, courses, workshops, training programmes, resources, and services provided by Freethinking Teacher Training Academy (“FTTA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, registering for a programme, making a payment, attending a workshop, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
Freethinking Teacher Training Academy provides teacher training, Montessori education programmes, workshops, practical training, classroom exposure, internships, educational resources, and related professional development services.
Programme structure, duration, schedules, faculty, delivery methods, and course content may vary depending on the programme selected.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for any FTTA programme or service.
If you are under 18 years of age, registration or payment must be completed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
FTTA reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration where incorrect, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information has been provided.
Registration is confirmed only after the required application process, approval where applicable, and payment of the applicable fees.
Programme availability may be limited and places may be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis or according to FTTA’s admissions process.
Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee admission.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that programme descriptions, schedules, fees, course structures, faculty information, and other information published on our website are accurate.
FTTA may make reasonable changes to:
programme schedules;
trainers or faculty;
classroom locations;
practical-session dates;
course materials;
delivery format;
curriculum structure; or
programme administration.
Such changes may be made when required for academic, operational, safety, regulatory, or logistical reasons.
All programme fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of registration.
Unless stated otherwise, applicable taxes, payment-gateway charges, or other mandatory charges may be added to the programme fee.
FTTA may suspend access to classes, course materials, practical sessions, assessments, certificates, or other services where payments remain overdue.
Payment confirmation issued by FTTA or its authorised payment provider will serve as evidence of payment.
Refund eligibility will be governed by the refund or cancellation policy communicated for the specific programme, workshop, event, or service.
Where no separate refund policy is provided, fees already paid may be non-refundable once the participant has been granted access to course materials, online learning, classes, practical sessions, workshops, or other programme services.
Any approved refund may be subject to administrative charges, payment-processing fees, or costs already incurred by FTTA.
Failure to attend classes, workshops, practical sessions, internships, or other scheduled activities does not automatically create a right to a refund.
FTTA may provide free workshops, webinars, introductory sessions, demonstrations, or educational events.
Registration for a free session does not guarantee admission to a paid programme.
FTTA may change, postpone, cancel, or discontinue a workshop where reasonably necessary.
Recordings, materials, demonstrations, and other workshop content remain the intellectual property of FTTA unless otherwise stated.
Participants are responsible for attending required classes, practical sessions, observations, internships, assessments, and other programme components.
Certain programmes may require minimum attendance, successful completion of assignments, practical demonstrations, assessments, observations, internships, or other academic requirements before a certificate or diploma can be issued.
FTTA is not responsible for delays in programme completion caused by a participant’s absence, incomplete work, failure to meet programme requirements, or failure to provide required documentation.
Participants must behave professionally and respectfully when interacting with trainers, staff, children, schools, fellow participants, partner institutions, and other members of the FTTA community.
FTTA may suspend or remove a participant for serious misconduct, including:
harassment;
discrimination;
abusive behaviour;
academic dishonesty;
disruption of classes;
unauthorised recording;
misuse of confidential information;
inappropriate behaviour involving children;
violation of safety procedures; or
conduct that may harm FTTA, its students, partner schools, staff, or community.
Where removal results from misconduct, fees may not be refundable.
Where a programme includes classroom observation, practical training, internship, or exposure within a school environment, participants must follow all applicable school policies, safeguarding requirements, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.
Placement locations, schedules, duration, and availability may vary.
FTTA does not guarantee that every participant will receive a particular school, classroom, trainer, location, or schedule.
Where placement support is included in a programme, FTTA may assist participants with career guidance, job opportunities, referrals, interviews, or introductions to schools and education organisations.
Placement support does not constitute a guarantee of employment.
Employment decisions are made independently by employers and may depend on qualifications, experience, performance, availability, interview results, background checks, and other requirements.
Certificates or diplomas will be issued only to participants who satisfy the requirements of the relevant programme.
FTTA may withhold certification where:
programme fees remain unpaid;
required assessments are incomplete;
minimum attendance requirements have not been met;
practical or internship requirements remain incomplete; or
serious academic or disciplinary matters remain unresolved.
All FTTA materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation:
